If you'd like to friend her (she's friends-only), that'd be fine, I think. She's heard about most of all of you, so she'll know who you are when you ask to be friended. I think it'd be nice if you wanted to friend her simply to support the person who's been supporting me.

She is posting about her side of things regarding my moving to New York. (I know, aren't you already sick of this topic?) She thinks I've lied on my last post about this, just to get you guys to change your minds and she wants to get the truth out there. If you'd like to weigh in there and/or here, feel free. This is a big, big decision for me to make and I'd love all the input I can get.

Commenting on her post/posts would be a nice thing, I think. Hopefully it'll get her to post more, maybe about the stuff I *haven't* talked about here (hint, hint, bitch) and how she maybe feels about all of it. Possibly. Maybe. Kind of a good idea, I think. You know, maybe, possibly.

I've been reading up on tutorials and playing with brushes and textures and stuff. There's so much more one can do with Photoshop than I ever knew!

I really want honest feedback about my icons, but I'm afraid you guys are too nice (even mr-wants-to-smack-me) and won't be truthful. Which is sweet, but not helpful. Now I can't remember how the road for honest feedback went to icon challenges, but there you go.

And craziness! I won "Mod's Choice (overall)" at joss_stills. I don't even know what that means. *shaking head*

I am looking for music recs. Anything new out, any new band, new singers, etc. that'd you'd recommend I listen to? Or not even new, but anything you'd recommend I try. Just for your reference: I am not a fan of mainstream pop, hardcore *anything*, or musicals. Other than that, I'm willing to listen and enjoy whatever comes my way.

I usually listen to the radio when I'm driving, but as my driving habits have been severely curtailed, no listening and finding new music for me. :(

Also, any comms where I can find out about new music? Doesn't necessarily have to be a comm where I can *get* new music (though, that'd be nice), but just music recs is fine.

jebbypal was my first real friend on lj (or poisontaster was and she lead me to jebbypal... I can't remember anymore). Anyway, she's been a great friend, very encouraging and... well in my own words to her:

You read and comment, you encourage and advise, you admonish and cajole. You've slogged your way through my crappy fics, bad vids, and pathetic icons... and have managed to say such nice things about them.

I haven't made a vid in about a year and a half, and for good reason. I don't know why I decided to make one for Jebby's birthday. Stupidity, I guess. Somehow in the last few days I learned how to make a vid. Go figure. Check it out and form your own opinion.
